Overt provides key holding and alarm response across Cardiff, South Wales and the South West of England. We securely hold your keys off-site and respond to alarm activations on your behalf, so you don’t have to be on call and your staff don’t need to keep keys at home.
We hold a set of keys in a secure off-site location and respond to alarm activity in line with BS 7984:2008 (Keyholding and response service – Code of practice). On activation we attend, assess the situation, take agreed action and report back. We can also provide access if a key is lost or forgotten. Response is supported by real-time reporting so you have a clear record of attendance and outcome

Key Holding with Overt is available from less than £1 a day. Pricing can be reduced with multi-service discounts when combined with cleaning, CCTV installation and maintenance, manned guarding or mobile patrols, or with multi-site discounts for clients using us across several locations.
