Security Guard (Part Time)

We are looking for reliable and professional Security Guards to join our team on a part-time basis. Shifts are available across both day and night patterns, offering flexibility to suit different availability.

A valid SIA licence is essential for this role. You will be responsible for protecting people, property, and premises while delivering a visible, professional security presence.

Essential Requirements:

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding licence (must be current and in date).
• Right to work in the UK.
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work both day and night shifts on a part-time basis.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal).

• Carry out regular patrols of the site (internal and external) to deter and detect unauthorised access, vandalism, or other security risks.
• Monitor CCTV systems, access control, and alarm panels where applicable.
• Control access to the premises, checking identification and logging visitors as required.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to incidents, alarms, or emergencies.
• Complete accurate daily occurrence reports, incident logs, and handover notes.
• Provide a professional and approachable presence for staff, residents, visitors, and contractors.
• Enforce site rules and procedures while maintaining a calm and courteous manner.
• Report any security breaches, hazards, or maintenance issues without delay.
• Assist emergency services when required and support evacuation procedures if needed.
• Maintain high standards of appearance, punctuality, and professionalism at all times.
