Job Description

We are looking for a reliable CCTV Officer to join our team on a full-time assignment in Cardiff.

You will work as part of our team, operating a CCTV control room. Day to day this means monitoring live and recorded footage and reporting incidents quickly and accurately to the appropriate channels, including police and other partners. You will need to stay alert across shifts, follow procedure, and keep clear, factual records of what you see.

Rates from £12.71 per hour

Role Requirements

A valid CCTV licence (SIA Public Space Surveillance / CCTV)
Good communication skills, spoken and written
The ability to stay focused, follow instructions, and report clearly under pressure
A flexible approach to shifts, including days, nights, and weekends where required

A full UK driving licence and your own transport are preferable because of the site location, but not essential
